Our client is a well-established organization in the FMCG field. They are looking for an Internal Communication and Engagement – HRBP to work within the HR Team. The job holder is responsible for contributing to the planning, creating, shaping and implementing the Internal Communications and Engagement Strategy across the company. This is a critical role in developing strategic communication plans to support the delivery of high quality, timely & effective communications on a wide variety of topics, which engage & motivate employees.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Media & Writing
• 5years relevant work experience in internal communications
• Experience of SAP rollout & change communications
• Understanding of different channels, including experience of
• designing & rolling out intranet based on SharePoint
• Working in a FMCG environment & communicating in a manufacturing environment is essential
• Design & action planning related to employee engagement surveys
• Skilled communicator with excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
