Large Engineering and power generation company is urgently looking for an HRBP to join their HR team in Sasolburg

The purpose of this role will be to provide support, analysis, advice and guidance to business within an HR policy framework and ensure compliance to relevant legislation and policies.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Provide advice, guidance and empower management and employees on HR framework, policies and legislation.
• Facilitate and implement the recruitment, selection and placement process which include but not limited to, advertising vacant positions, screening CVs and short listing, conducting interviews.
• Liaise with HR service providers in the sourcing and delivery of standard services
• Onboard new employees
• Facilitate sound employee relations
• Support and assist in the implementation of HR interventions and various projects
• Conduct exit interviews
• Stay abreast of any changes in the regulatory framework and recommend amendments to HR policies and procedures
• Facilitate and implement employee development discussions
• Assist with the preparation of the employment equity plan/report
• Implement the Employment Equity Plan
• Provide human resources administrative support including filing of recruitment files
• Compile information for qualitative/quantitative reports, identify gaps and provide interpretation
• Monthly reporting to departments in area of responsibility
• Assist with facilitation and co-ordination of skills development initiatives
• Facilitate and coordinate employee wellness initiatives
• Perform any other duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant tertiary qualification in the HR field
• 3-5 years demonstrated experience in the HR field
• Valid Drivers’ License with own vehicle
• Willing to travel
