MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

NQF6 Human Resources qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Minimum of 5 yrs experience HR Generalist including Snr. Management experience
Sound knowledge and application of relevant labour legislation
Computer literacy - MS Office
Knowledge of Job Evaluation, Compensation and Employee Benefits administration
