This is a fantastic opportunity for HRD Officer person will be responsible for technical training in the production field, compiling WSP & ATR, writing training modules and training needs analysis. The ideal candidate must have a Certificate in Education, Training and Development Practices, an Assessors & Moderator Certificate and 5 years’ experience in the mining environment.
