What will you be responsible for?

  • Responsible for the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR ‘s administrative aspect
  • Administrate new appointments
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings and event
  • Administration and recording of  bursary applications
  • Arrange career planning and personal development
  • Typing, compiling, writing and filing of documentation such as memo’s, letters, minutes, reports, organogram
  • Administrative assistance with the recognition program
  • Receiving and screening of incoming calls
  • Financial aspects namely processing payments on JDE and coordinate internal payment process
  • Ordering of stationery, consumables
  • Drawing up presentations
  • Coordinate diaries for HR Business Partners
  • Arrange venues, rooms and any necessary bookings
  • Administer travel arrangements
  • Compile employee documentation and ensure that HR documentation is timeously and accurately submitted to the relevant stakeholders
  • Accurately populate employee contracts with the relevant information and coordinate the sign off of contracts and ensure that they are submitted to Payroll within the agreed time frame
  • Engage with clients in a client centric manner
  • Deliver on service expectations with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that expectations are managed
  • Ensure HR data integrity by capturing and recording information accurately and timeously
  • Assist with reporting, compiling data and typing reports eg. leave reports
  • Recruitment and selection process
  • CV administration
  • Drawing up advertisements and advertising internally as well as externally/agents
  • Coordinate psychometric tests  and administer in-basket/technical assessments
  • First level shortlist,  Telephonic screening interviews, Arranging interviews and psychometric tests, Candidate reference checks,  ITC, criminal and qualification checks via MIE

What minimum requirements do we need to read about in your profile?

  • Grade 12/Matric
  • HR qualification preferred
  • 2 – 3 years HR experience
  • Computer literate  (word, excel, outlook,  power point)
  • Experience in working on Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)  advantageous, PeopleSoft preferred
