Role Responsibilities
• Influence appropriate alignment of the region with the group people agenda
• Partner with regional management teams in the development and implementation of regional bsiness plans
• Translate regional business requirements into effective HC solutions aligned to business objectives
• Actively identify gaps, propose solutions and implement approved changes to mitigate risks
• Lead the delivery of the group HC strategy and key initiatives in the region
• Manage the day to day HC operations of the region (whole value chain from workforce planning to employee exits)
• Coach leaders on the effective implementation of HC processes
• Projects and initiatives
• To ensure effective HC governance in the region
• Regulatory compliance and reporting
• Internal HC communication and management reporting

Education & Qualification
• Relevant Bachelor degree/equivalent

Relevant Experience
• At least 3 years’ operational HC experience
• At least 1 year’s team leadership experience
• Proven track record of effective business partnership
• SAP (or equivalent ERP) experience
