Our client is searching for a Human Capital Manager to be based in Johannesburg.
Key performance areas:
• Effective implementation of required projects
• Recruitment and Selection
• Performance management practice and implementation
• Employee Development
• Employee Relations
• Budget Management and Reporting on Human Capital Metrics
Minimum requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years human resources consulting experience in Retail/FMCG/Hospitality sector
• Matric
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
• Strong understanding of LRA, BCEA, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act
• Understanding of business operations
• Understanding of change management
• Sound understanding of organisational and cultural transformation frameworks
• Sound knowledge of facilitation
• Ability to translate strategic direction into business plans
