My client in Randburg is looking for a Human Capital Manager . This is a management committee position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the payroll administered on VIP, employee development plans, employee performance development and implementation, succession planning, compilation of EE skills and statistics, IR related matters, payroll tax submission and calculations, administration of Pension and Provident Fund, management of medical Aid scheme, and management of relationships with department of Labour. They need a self motivated and driven person who has a passion for what they do and can deal with change and cope with a fast paced business environment. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in Payroll management, strong operational experience on VIP payroll management system and experience in pastel Evolution would be a strong advantage.
