The ideal candidate must be able to provide strong administrative support to the Human Capital Development Manager and offer first line support to Employees in order to optimize the functioning and service delivery of the Department and the group.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum 5 years prior experience working as an HR Officer
A relevant HR Qualifications is essential
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and communication skills, able to communicate on all levels
have an assertive and ambitious Nature
Strong MS Office skills
Sage VIP experience
Own reliable transport
Stable work record

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Admin Control of the Recruitment Process
Placing of adverts
Review Applications and Portfolios of Candidates
Shortlisting and Reference Checking of all new staff
Administering Interview process
Draft and issue offer letters, letters of appointments and Cost of Employment as per the EE policy and budget approvals
Ensure completed employment take on pack is received within the relevant payroll deadline date and issued to payroll to capture
Managing new employee inductions process from start to end
Working closely with payroll department
Conduct exit interviews for staff
Managing employee files and audits
Assisting with various adhoc duties as and when required
