HUMAN RESOUNRCE-/ INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS MANAGER
KATHU AREA

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary-level qualification in Human Resources or/and Industrial relations with 5-10 years post-qualification experience in a similar position
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English with the ability to communicate on all levels,
- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills, administrative skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Principles of human resource management
- Labour relations and applicable legislation
- Industrial relations
- Remuneration and employee benefits
- Job evaluation
- Personnel administration
- Human resources planning
- Recruitment, selection and placements
- Managing and guidance regarding labour relations,
- Maintaining and management of performance management system
- Managing employment equity programme
- Development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
