This Karoshoek solar thermal power project in co-operation with the company SERATYPE will start recruiting in April 2018 for the Operations Maintenance phase and we are inviting candidates with relevant qualification and experience to apply for the below permanent position:

HUMAN RESOURCE: BBBEE RESPONSIBLE
KAROS AREA

Requirements for position:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource,specializing in HR administration with at least 1 year experience in BBBEE
- Training in labor management
- Above average experience and knowledge of South African BBBEE legislation
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate in MS Office and SAP

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain continuous communication with the subcontractors of the plant to collect monthly their indicators.
- Compile the data to calculate the indicators of the own personnel.
- Calculate the global indicators for the whole project monthly.
- Prepare the necessary reports to inform the Plant General Manager.
- Report any incident that may cause deviations in the objectives of the project.
- Implement systems to ensure all employees’ files and subcontractors ‘files are up-dated e.g. Check employee information, subcontractor information
- Provide advice and information to management regarding B-BBEE.
- Respond to daily queries of the Plant General Manager, the Head of Administration or the Client regarding BBBEE issues.
- Conduct meetings regarding BBBEE issues and prepare and submit minutes.
- Compile monthly BBBEE Reports.
- Compile monthly reports for the client if required.
