Excellent opportunity to join this international company manufacturing for the automotive industry. Take control of executing the company’s HR strategy and provide generalist HR and advisory service to Business Managers. KPA’s include Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Employee Relations/IR, HR Admin and Compliance ie EE Plan, co-ordinate Safety Committee and SHEQ meetings, completion of WSP and ART and BBEEE process.
Degree (Human Resources/Industrial Psychology) and 3-5 years experience in a similar position is essential.
Advanced Excel, MIBCO processes knowledge and experience in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Interviews will be conducted in January 2018.
