A company in the service industry in Pretoria Midrand, is urgently looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to work for their team.

Main purpose:

The HR Coordinator will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient HR Administrative support and coordination to the HR team, the business unit and organization.

Duties

Coordinate, HR Training, events and meetings.

Arrange meetings.
Arrange traveling and bookings for HR team and employees attending training.
Preparing payments for travel, accommodation, invoices, etc.
HR Information systems
Load new employees on Premier HR.
Create job and position codes for new employees.
Regularly update employee information.
Update Skilla Database on Premier HR (OFO codes, Qualifications, training planned and completed training costs.
Recruitment
Conduct reference and verification checks.
Send update of the available positions to the agencies.
Assist with advertising positions on Pnet.
Screen and Shortlist candidates that apply via Pnet.
Arrange and schedule interview dates.
Prepare interview packs.
Participate in interviews.
Send regret letter.
Prepare employment contracts for employees.
Coordinate and prepare induction process.
Training and Development
Book training for employees.
Capture and monitor training costs.
Assist in sourcing training providers.
Consolidate individual development plans.
Assist with skills matrix.
Information Management (HR Drive and SHARE POINT)
Maintain HR electronic database via H-Drive.
Update and maintain HR website on SharePoint.
Update and maintain policies on SharePoint.
Record management for the HR Department.
Repaorts
Assist in compiling Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training report.
Assist in compiling Employment Equity Reports.
Prepare BBEEE documentations.
Assist with the compiling all HR regulatory reports (HR Strategic objectives, Stats SA, HR & Rumenration, Annual Reports.
QMS
Review policies / processes.
Conduct internal Audits.
Analyse audited results.
Coordinate ISO readiness preparation.
Be the QMS representative.

Employee Wellness Programmes
MBU Goal Alignment.
Administrative support to the HR team.

Minimum requirements:
National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management.
SAGE VIP HR Premier Certificate (Job Management and Employee Management Workshops compulsory). Other mondules highly advantageous.
Full competency in SAGE HR and Payroll - Premier Edition of atleast 2 years.
Computer litaracy: Ms PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Training Coordination including WSPO/ATR and Employment Equity Report.
HR Invoice Reconciliation.
2 years experience in Recruitment.
1 Year experience in Quality Management (ISO 9001:2008) with relations experience and HR administrative experience.
Accurate Minute taking.
Knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, TAX ACT, and Pension Act)
