HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER BUSINESS PARTNER REQUIRED IN KIMBERLEY

Requirements:

• B. Com Human Resource Management / Honors in Human Resource Management
• 10 years’ Relevant Experience in the FMCG industry

• Employee relations and labour law management essential

• Valid Driver’s License and Own transport

Core Task:

• Human capital planning, cost management, productivity and effectiveness improvement;
• Talent management – implement effective talent acquisition, identification, development and retention processes;
• Succession planning and talent pipeline development;
• Central contact point for employees and managers concerning people issues;
• Culture and communication strategy implementation
