Requirements:
- B. Com Human Resource Management / Honors in Human Resource Management
- 10 years’ Relevant Experience in the FMCG industry
- Employee relations and labour law management essential
- Valid Driver’s License and Own transport
Core Task:
- Human capital planning, cost management, productivity and effectiveness improvement;
- Talent management – implement effective talent acquisition, identification, development and retention processes;
- Succession planning and talent pipeline development;
- Central contact point for employees and managers concerning people issues;
- Culture and communication strategy implementation
