HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER KURUMAN

Requirements:- Recognized tertiary-level qualification with at least five years post-qualification experience in a similar position as human resources generalist- Sound knowledge and proven experience of the following: *principles of human resource management, *labour relations and applicable legislation, *remuneration andemployee benefits, *job evaluation and *personnel administration. - Effective verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English with the ability to communicate on all levels- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills, administrative skills- Computer literacy in MS Office- Valid driver’s license.

Duties will include:- Human resources planning- Recruitment, selection and placements- Managing and guidance regarding labour relations- Maintaining and management of performance management system- Managing employment equity programme- Development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures
