HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
KURUMAN

Requirements:
- Recognized tertiary-level qualification with at least five years post-qualification experience in a similar position as human resources generalist
- Sound knowledge and proven experience of the following: *principles of human resource management, *labour relations and applicable legislation, *remuneration and
employee benefits, *job evaluation and *personnel administration.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills, administrative skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license.

Duties will include:
- Human resources planning
- Recruitment, selection and placements
- Managing and guidance regarding labour relations
- Maintaining and management of performance management system
- Managing employment equity programme
- Development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures
