HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
COLESBERG AREA

Requirements:
- Minimum requirements are a recognized tertiary-level qualification with at least five years post-qualification experience in a similar position as human resources generalist
- Enhanced by sound knowledge and proven experience of the following: *principles of human resource management, *labour relations and applicable legislation, *remuneration
and employee benefits, *job evaluation, *personnel administration
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Well-developed problem solving, planning and organizing skills, administrative skills
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license.

Duties will include:
- The appointee will be primarily involved in *human resources planning, *recruitment, selection and placements, *managing and guidance regarding labour relations, *maintaining and management of performance management system, *managing employment equity programme and *development and maintenance of human resources policies and procedures.
