Human Resource Manager required in Mpumalanga

Requirements:

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Human Resource Diploma/ Degree
• 12 years’ Senior HR management Experience in the Mining Industry
• IR/ ER Labour Relations experience
• Knowledge of all Relevant legislations
• Exposure to Vibrant unionised climate
• Knowledge and experience with LED and CSR programs and the implementation and maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all HR and Payroll Functions
• Human Resource administration and filing
• Induction and Orientation of all employees
• Completing Monthly reports
• Attending and keeping of minutes as well as all relevant documentation for all staff forum meeting
• Ensuring Compliance to all Health and Safety Codes and Practices
• Assisting will all recruitment and interview processes

Applicant must reside in Mpumalanga or surrounding area.
