Human Resources Manager needed for a leading manufacturing company in Johannesburg!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to develop policy recommendations for welfare benefits, wellness program, leave benefits and employee transaction processing, establishing compensation structure and approach, develop and manage the BBBEE program and EE strategies, responsible for recruitment & selection, responsible for expatriate community management. Ideally you will have a relevant HR Degree/National Diploma and preferably 6 years’ experience in an HR environment in a manufacturing industry.
