Minimum Requirements:
• Matric (essential)
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management (essential)
• 12 years Senior Human Resource Management experience in the Gold Mining Industry
• Proven IR / ER Labour Relations experience
• Proven exposure to a vibrant unionized climate
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation
• Knowledge and experience with regard to LED and CSR programs
• Ensure compliance to the Mining Charter and EE requirements
• Proven experience to conduct Wage negotiations
• Code 8 driver license and reliable transport
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• SAGE / Pastel / SAP / Syspro
• Excellent Management and Organizational skills
• Proven effective Consulting skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills in Afrikaans and English
• Sociable and pleasant
• Analytical and problem solving
• Strong people skills
• Time management skills to meet required deadlines
• Ability to lead, manage and control a team, but also able to function independently
• Improve current processes and implement new procedures/policies
