• Grade 12
• B.Com Degree in Human Resource Management (essential)
• 7 years Senior Human Resource Management experience in a Mining Environment
• 5 years Team Functional Management experience
• Proven IR / ER Labour Relations experience
• Proven exposure to a vibrant unionized climate
• Knowledge of all relevant legislation
• Ensure compliance to the Mining Charter and EE requirements
• Proven experience to conduct Wage negotiations
• Code 8 driver license and reliable transport
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• SAGE / Pastel / SAP / Syspro / SHERQ System
• Excellent Management and Organizational skills
• Proven effective Consulting skills
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Sociable and pleasant
• Analytical and problem solving
• Strong people skills
• Time management skills to meet required deadlines
• Ability to lead, manage and control a team, but also able to function independently
