Overall purpose of the position:
Reporting into the Head of HR, the purpose of this position is to be responsible for providing overall HR support to the business areas as well as ensuring that HR policies and practices are implemented in line with best practice and Group standards.

Job Specifications:
• Recruitment, selection and Induction Drafting job specs
• Support business recruitment activities
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Ensure that all new employees attend induction and prepare induction logistics
• Administration & Reporting
• Complete all letters, contracts and other on-boarding documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Complete all termination documents and set up exit interviews
• Assist payroll in their preparation by providing relevant data (absenteeism, leave, transfers, promotions, new appointments, resignations
• Ensure that the HR systems are updated with all relevant information
• Assist with queries regarding HR admin
• Ensure that all performance profiles are received from business areas
• Capture KPI’s on the HR system in an accurate and timely manner
• Track progress and provide regular feedback on performance profiles
• Ad Hoc Duties
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications & Experience:
• Completed or studying towards an HR Degree/Diploma
• 2-3 years HR Admin experience
• Knowledge of LRA, BCEA and EEA
• Advanced MS Office skills (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
