Human Resources Administrator - Pinetown
A dynamic company that specialises in centralised warehousing for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) has a position available for a confident, meticulous and professional Human Resources Administrator. The position would suit someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and Creditors
• 2+ years previous Human Resource and Creditors experience
• Previous experience with Unions
• Reliable Transport

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Compile employee timesheet, payroll data from timesheets and other data.
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
• Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues and benefit plans etc.
• Complete monthly reports as required from payroll data.
• Request and Prepare for Enquiries
• Handling all creditors queries – liaising with Suppliers
• Compile remittances and process all payments
• Compile and process all journals.
• Complete credit applications.
• Compile and process deals and claims from procurement.
