Looking for an HR Administrator for an Inbound Destination Management Company.
Looking for an individual with an HR qualification to fulfill a PA type role. This position will require a lot of administration in terms of Industrial Relations and general Human Resources.
Salary: R12 000 to R15 000 cost to company.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• HR Qualification (BComm/BA)
• Minimum 1 year or more in an HR Environment focused on statutory aspects

KEY OUTPUTS:
• HR Administration
o Accurate processing of all HR Administration functions such as PowerPoint Presentations, Organograms, Recordings, etc.
o Ensuring that all HR collateral are brand aligned
o Assist Group HR Manager and Human Development Director with the administration of IR cases
o General HR Administration
• Group HR Toolkit and IR due diligence
o Documenting, Updating and distributing of the HR Toolkit in consultation with Regional HR
o Regional support for Botswana and Namibia statutory
• Custodian of the HR Tools and Equipment
• Update and respond to BEE request
• Training the Wellness Programme
• Support the HR team during the annual Recognition Programme
• Assist on Switchboard when needed
• Track and flag when work permits expire and assist with the renewal process for the Group
• Custodian of the central database where wage negotiations, EE Forum Information, etc. are retained
• Ensure that all regions receive Induction manuals on a regular basis
