Our client requires the service of a Human Resources Advisor who will provide operational human resource support to the region.

Key performance areas:

? Provide first line HR support to the business in each of the 3 locations in South Africa; Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
? Support the business in all employee relations matters.
? Responsible for driving successful recruitment for the company in SA, including sourcing candidates, working with recruitment agencies, scoping out role requirements, interviewing and onboarding.
? Provide payroll support to the company in SA, timesheets, overtime.
? Keep up to date with market trends
? Provide data reporting on HR aspects
? Manage all HR administration, providing Employment Contracts etc.
? Provide support with performance management system
? Provide support on any performance issues and be able to conduct Disciplinary Hearings.
? Provide support with core training requirements including managing the Training system.
? Help Line Managers with the management of annual leave.
? Provide input and support around Policies and procedures which should be company specific.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with an relevant Degree
? Experience in managing payroll
? 2 – 3 years’ experience working in an air freight or similar environment would be advantageous
? Must have excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Good written & verbal communication skills
? Maintain a safe and secure working environment at all times
? Comply with the Company’s open, fair and honest reporting culture
? Must be a self-starter, confident and professional
