3 -5 years working experience in HR department
-Proven or Excellent Excel ,Word , Powerpoint Skills
-Preferably SAP experience on the HR module
-Analytical skills as they will have to analyze some data eg Salary survey data etc .
-Knowledge of putting together Organograms etc
