Client in the financial services industry based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a HRBP to join their growing team. In accordance with our clients desire to adhere to set employment equality targets preference will be given to black candidates who meet the criteria.

Job Specification;

  • Proven application in latest OD and Change Management methodology and exposure to other HR generalist functions
  • Project Management experience – experience in rolling out OD changes and other business changes
  • Proven report writing, verbal and written communication (English) and presentation skills
  • Excellent business consulting skills to stakeholders at various levels
  • Client relationship building ability
  • Strong influencing ability across all levels of the organisation
  • Familiar with the dynamics of a Financial Services i.e. Call centre vs Knowledge workers, different levels of employees, compliance
  • Self-starter, strong sense of initiative
  • Superior interpersonal/ people skills
  • Comfortable and experienced in managing ambiguity and operating in a self-directed manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues and the business
  • Analytical and delivery focused
  • Flexible, willing to work in rapid changing, high stress environments
  • Able to manage a huge workload, multitask
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Balance of big picture with attention to detail

Organisational Design:

  • Facilitate organizational design reviews and development of new structures
  • Provide leaders with the necessary skill and support/thought leadership to successfully navigate their teams
  • Proactively respond to organisational changes and support the business through these
  • The portfolio includes managing the design and delivery of relevant organisational design projects
  • Project management, implementation and evaluation of organisational design initiatives

Change Management:

  • Understand key business metrics and business strategy and work with leaders to manage change in the business
  • Equip leaders and peers with relevant skill on latest change management methodologies
  • Identify and feed needs to HR practice teams to ensure effective people partnering
  • Work with HR colleagues and Leaders to ensure rapid buy in to change, effective implementation of the change and monitoring of effectiveness post change
  • The incumbent will implement and co-ordinate the communication, coaching, impact assessment, training and support plans, using structured processes, sound methodologies and project management disciplines

Coaching:

  • Coach, mentor and up skill colleagues in OD and Change Management best practice
  • Work with the relevant HRBPs in their business areas relating to OD and Change Management, ensuring enablement
  • Coach and mentor Business Leaders where requested

 

Minimum Requirements;

  • 3-year Human Resource Management Degree
  • Related Honours Degree / Professional Qualification
  • Degree in Industrial Psychology with certification in OD and Change management will be ideal5 years Generalist Human Resources experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in the application of latest trends in OD and Change Management methodology
  • 3 years’ Project Management experience
  • Experience in rolling out OD changes and other business changes
  • 2+ years Financial Services Industry experience
  • Results Driven
