Human Resources Business Partner (Insurance)
To support company's team in the attraction, development, and retention of top talent to deliver on the business’s ambition.
Provide input to the organisational design of the Business
Develop and operationalise an HR strategy that covers all people aspects, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, retention, performance management and career development
Ensure the HR strategy supports the business goals
Support and drive the attraction and recruitment of the best people for the Invest
Support the team in establishing and achieving Employment Equity targets that will contribute to the Group goals
Ensure that the culture, values and leadership charter are alive within the Business
Ensure all employees are treated equitably and fairly
Provide HR headcount and turnover reports that identify trends and hotspots
Drive employee wellness within the Business

Matric
Post qualification degree in related field (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology) is essential
Master’s degree Advantageous
Qualified Industrial Psychology registered with HPCSA is advantageous
Experience
3-5 years HR Business Partner role experience in the Financial Services Industry
2 years industrial relations experience
2 -3 years business experience, ideally in a Management role
Client centred – consulting experience
Track record of strong communication skills (written, presentations, negotiations) is essential
