Job Purpose:

To ensure that HR policies and processes are well communicated and implement effectively and innovatively and to ensure accuracy and availability of all HR related information on the HR system


Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management

Minimum 3-5 years HR Administration experience

Payroll knowledge and experience

Payroll and pension fund administration

HR Governance

Medical aid administration

Wellness management

Salary:

R300k - R 360k ctc per annum depending on qualification and experience
