HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT - EQUITY

Minimum requirements:
• Degree/diploma in HR or Personnel Management
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years as a senior staff level within the Disciplines of Personnel, Training and Development and Industrial Relations within a manufacturing environment

Duties:
• Liaising and consulting with all levels of Management, Union and Employees on Human Resource issues (Industrial Relations, Personnel and Training)
• Co-ordinating and auctioning the recruitment, selection, appointment and integration of suitable candidates into the organization
• Administering compensation and wages
• Preparing for and representing the Organization in various conflict resolution applications
• Recommending, implementing and participating in job evaluation processes
• Co-ordinating and processing administrative tasks
• Leading or participating in inter- and cross- divisional HR related projects when required
• Co-ordinating and presenting relevant training interventions
