Position: Human Resources Executive - Generalist
Functions / responsibilities:

? Plan and implement strategy to support business growth by identifying succession gaps, address executive succession risks and create longer-term talent plans.
? Support people development and retention strategies of critical skills in each business area for long term plans including a rolling lifecycle review process.
? Development of a full recruitment strategy and implementation across the division.
? Lead Human Resources team.
? Ability to partner and support operations.
? Leverage the Business Way of Working Tools in Communications.
? Review, implement and action and identify the differing customer/employee requirements through analyzing trends in their feedback and select the appropriate company offering to deliver customer/employee satisfaction.
? Provide HR insight alongside strategic business plans to grow sales and deliver customer satisfaction.
? Align to all central functions to enhance existing service offers, drive service initiatives.
? Develop Employee Value Proposition and implementation.
? Implement standardized Performance Management System.
? Implement Diversity and Inclusion Plans.
? Establish organizational design work and principles of OD.
? Establish HR Risk Assessment for workforce and develop labour strategies.
? Ensure divisional teams are coached, developed and supported to achieve targets.
? Develop seamless HR processes to support business.
? Challenge and continually review labour structures and ratios.
? Leverage HR Systems and evaluate dependencies and implement necessary changes.
? Enhance cross-business HR collaboration.
? Develop and implement Employee Reward and Recognition Scheme.
? Develop Core Standardized Practices.
? Share Best Practices across divisions.
? Policy development and implementation.
Requirements:

? Matriculated with a relevant HR degree, Certificate or equivalent.
? 5-8 years previous experience as an HR Generalist in a Senior role.
? Sound working knowledge of employment related laws and sound industrial relation practices.
? Make informed judgments.
? Ensure Execution of Strategy, Plans, etc. and achieve results.
? Ensure Ethics and Compliance throughout the business.
? Excellent interpersonal skills – assertive, yet empathetic personality.
? Strong analytical skills with ability to focus and concentrate on detail of work.
? A highly confidential person with sound judgment and decisiveness
? PC Literate – Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Payroll systems beneficial.
? Ability to work accurately and under pressure.
? Thorough knowledge of business & experience in Employee Relations.
