Human Resources Leader needed for a leading mining company in Mpumalanga!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Leader to lead, manage and develop multiple dedicated delivery teams across various sites through observation, coaching and robust development planning to provide world class, innovative delivery and facilitation, work with the Learning Partners, design Manager and Learning Operation to ensure that a consistent approach to learning diagnosis and demand planning is managed. Ideally you will have a Degree/Diploma in Training/HR Development and a technical trade in mining. A minimum of 8 years experience as Training Manager in a mining environment is essential.
