Human Resources Manager.

5* Hotel Gauteng.

Must have been in a HR related position for at least 4 years.

Age 35 - 45 years of age

Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.

Must have a tertiary HR qualification or something similar

Skills:
Must be familiar with all aspects related to the Human Resources function.
Must have a sound knowledge of the disciplinary code and procedures.
Must have strong administrative skills.
Must be computer literate and a knowledge of the VIP payroll system would be a bonus.
Must have good communication and writing skills and be able to deal with different levels of employees.

Ability:
Must love working with people and have an easygoing temperament.
Must be presentable.
Must be completely bilingual – a knowledge of any African language would be a bonus.
Must have own transport and a valid driver’s license.

Salary: Between R 18 000.00 - R 20 000.00 p.m. neg. as per experience.
Other allowances: Medical Aid and Pension Fund as per company policy.
