An international concern requires the services of a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – based in Durban.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Business/Social Sciences/HR Degree – or equivalent (essential).
Extensive experience as an HR Manager and as a strategic business partner in a small to medium sized business/business unit (min 100 staff or more) (essential).
Experience in the design and implementation of Talent Management, Employee Retention and Engagement strategies.
Employee/Industrial Relations Experience (essential).
Experience in the IT field (advantageous).
