This role is required to provide a value added HR service to both management and employees of the company. The successful incumbent must be able to translate business needs into HR deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum B degree in HR/Industrial Psychology
• Minimum 5 year’ generalist HR experience
• Experience within the financial services industry
• Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA
• Microsoft Office competent
• Project management experience
