RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (LIVE-IN OR LIVE-OUT) for a well-established game lodge based in the Bela Bela area, Limpopo Province.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Human resources qualification.
Person must be able to speak English / Afrikaans speaking.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email / Internet). Strong MS Word and MS Excel skills. Proficiency in VIP Payroll.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, working with a large staff compliment.
Knowledge of all relevant Labour Laws including but not limited to the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Code of Good Practice, Occupational Health & Safety, Skills Development Act and Employment Equity.
Responsible for all human resources, payroll functions, human resources administration and filing.
Responsible for induction and orientation of all employees and the exit processes and procedures for terminated employees.
Responsible for all Grievance and Disciplinary matters and procedures as required by Management, upholding Workplace Discipline procedures and policies.
Liaise with employees and Resident/Financial Managers regarding adherence to requirements for all and any Provident Fund and Medical Aid Administration.
Completing monthly human resources reports within required deadlines.
Ensure that all employee files and relevant documentation is securely and systematically kept.
Assisting HOD’s with Employee Performance Management, Staff Development & Training and Corrective Training.
Administration of all Workmen’s Compensation claims and queries.
Ensure compliance to all relevant policies, regulations and legislation.
Attending and keeping of minutes, as well as relevant documentation for all union and wage negotiations.
Attending and keeping minutes, as well as all relevant documentation for all Staff Forum meetings.
Attending and keeping minutes, as well as all relevant documentation for all Health and Safety Meetings.
Ensuring compliance to all Health and Safety Codes and Practices.
Assisting HOD’s with Employee Succession Planning.
Ensuring the implementation of policies, plans, systems and processes as approved by the Resident Managers.
Assisting with all recruitment and interview processes, including vetting of candidates.
Accommodation is offered (no meals included).

Salary package offered: - R16 000-00 – R22 000-00 per month (negotiable) + benefits +13th cheque after the completion of one-year employment
