• Perform all Human Resources Generalist activities as required by the business at different operational units
• Manage the recruitment and selection and ensure adherence to the policies and labour laws
• Managing the Skills Development and Training of the organization including Leadership Development Programs, Skills Programs, Learner ships, Internships, Bursary Programs, Graduate Programs and Apprenticeships
• Manage and monitor the application of the Performance management process and Support and guide managers with regards to Performance & Talent management
• Coordinate on-boarding process and ensure employees are fully inducted in the business
• Conduct exit interviews and identify patterns that can be monitored and/or addressed
• Responsible for IR related matters including managing the disciplinary process, CCMA representation and all negotiations with the unions.
• Manage Employment Equity activities including EE Plans and Reports
• Guideline managers in respect of Organisational Design, restructuring and efficiency of structures.
• Manage employ relations interventions and projects.
• B-TECH Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Post-Graduate qualification in HRM
• At least 5 years related experience as a Human Resources manager in the food/beverage industry.
• 3 years related experience in Skills Development.
• Good knowledge of Skills Development legislation and SETA administration.
• Embedded knowledge of talent management processes
• Good knowledge of Labor Laws and sound IR experience.
• Understanding of business strategy processes and HR alignment.
• Project management skills
• Good knowledge of BEE
• Customer Relationship Management skills
• Presentation skills
• Basic Financial Management skills
• Good Performance and Management skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
