Senior Human Resources Manager sought for our client, a national food production company based in Midrand, to effectively manage the full HR function in alignment with the goals and objectives of the organisation.

We are looking for a professional individual with strong organisational and administrative skills, who is assertive with a positive outlook on life. We want an independent worker with good initiative, service orientated with an ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Good time management skills are essential.

Some domestic travel will be involved with the position.

Minimum requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
Approximately 10 -15 years’ experience as an HR Manager
Strong IR knowledge and experience dealing in a unionised environment

Responsibilities include:
Overseeing recruitment and selection processes in line with company policies
Skills development
Employment equity
HR reporting and administration
Performance management
Development, updating and implementation of all HR policies and procedures
Budget and cost management

Annual salary is R450 000 per annum negotiable on experience and includes provident fund and medical aid subsidies.
