A diploma or degree in HR Management. 2 - 5 years experience working as an HR Manager. Meticulous, attention to detail. Strong administrative skills. Ability to handle several tasks at once. Excellent negotiation and consulting skills. Good ability to grasp business issues. Leadership skills. Excellent communiation skills in English and Zulu, both written and oral. 2 - 3 years experience in hospitality industry. Computer literate. Knowledge of the labour laws are required.- Conducting IR practices and issues- Conducting investigations for disciplinary enquiries and hearing- Handling CCMA cases and union meetings- Providing recruitment services- Conducting assessments- Handling the induction process- Handlling staff enquiries- Conduting staff meetings- Compiling HR reports- Caputring information and managing junior staff payroll on VIP- Dealing with various provident funds and facilitating early retirement and disability grants6 days off per month
