The Main Purpose of the job is to support senior management at the Durban Assembly Plant on HR related issues that drive business performance and participate in the delivering of business goals. Ensure the implementation of global HR policies, processes and business unit specific HR directives.

Reporting This position reports to the General Manager, Durban Assembly Plant.

Education

• Relevant degree in Behavioural Science/HR Management.

Job Experience 

• Minimum 5 years HR experience at a senior management level. Experience in an automotive/manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
