Our client – a national, corporate house hold name is looking for an Human Resources Manager to be based at their Southern Suburbs Head office

Human Resources Manager takes overall responsibility for all National Human Capital service

The successful candidate will handle pressure, be a change agent and have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and be able to build excellent working relationships with senior level
Management. The Human Resources Manager will be a well respected, independent leader, who manages fairly, has an excellent work ethic and is disciplined in all approaches

Brief overview: the main purpose of the role is to take responsibility for entire HR Function in the Group e.g. : including but not limited to
- drafting new policies and procedures
- create and implement rewards incentives programs
- training policies
- senior level recruitment & selection
- ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements
- payroll & remuneration
- Manage direct HR office reports

REQUIREMENTS
• A suitable Diploma/Degree in HR
• At least 8- 10 years’ management experience in a similar position e.g. Corporate environment
• Proficiency in MS Office as well as VIP payroll
• Salary will be market related
