Manage all HR and administration aspects of this luxurious 5* Lodge, with focus on the staff well being,

promoting the Group's Purpose & Values, maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels and

supporting the efficient, effective and professional management of all departments.

• Min of 5 years HR management experience in a 5* Hotel / Game Lodge environment
• Strong but approachable leader with a genuine interest in people
• Passionate about training and development
• Strong financial acumen and administration skills
• Excellent communicator
• Organizational skills with great attention to detail

Staff management with focus on succession planning, training and development.

Manager processes relating to counselling, performance reviews, disciplinary/grievance procedures

and annual wage negotiations

Manage and review departmental structures, recruitment and interviewing processes,

the induction program and exit procedures.

Budget and Financial control, compiling daily and monthly reports.

Oversee accurate completion of all administration tasks, such as payroll, debtor statements,

stock control and month end procedures for all departments, banking,

invoices, petty cash, creditor accounts, leave and overtime reconciliations

Salary highly negotiable.
