HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Oversee daily operations of the HR business unit, including Payroll
Provide strategic H.R leadership and advice to the organisation and ensure good corporate governance in respect of HR matters and implementation of best practice
Develop annual HR Plan and ensure the successful implementation thereof
Talent management
Ensure HR business unit receives no material audit findings
Manage Health & Safety and comply with OHS Act
Advise management of and implement changes to relevant legislation
Develop, align and ensure consistent application of Human Resources policies, systems and practices aligned to organisational strategy and relevant legislation
Annual review of company policies & procedures aligned to relevant legislation and best practice

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
At least three years working experience Human Resources experience at Senior Management level
A valid driver's license and own car
Registration with South African Board of People Practice (SABPP) will be an added advantage
