Description:

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, and administering all human resource initiatives to develop and support the growth of both employees and the organization.

Accountability include but are not limited to all functional areas of human resources; recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, organizational development, etc.

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to support: full life cycle talent acquisition & retention, employee relations, job analysis, training and development, total compensation, records management, performance management, organizational development, change management.

The Ideal Candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience applying human resource management practices and principles. Experience working in a blue-collar environment is an advantage with a strong commitment to capacity building and knowledge transfer to employees. Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiating, time and priority management skills are necessary for success in this position.
