Centre: Head Office – Bedfordview

Searching for a qualified & experienced HR Manager with 8 years plus HR Operational & 5 years HR Management experience who will be providing support to the Executive Manager Corporate Services to develop, implement and translate strategic & Operational HR Business plans in line with best practice and prevailing legislation, across multiple specialist Human Resource disciplines.

KPA’s: Take overall accountability for the full HR function and employee value proposition design and implementation and actively position and implement practices and processes ensuring appropriate alignment and standardisation; Proactively drive all recruitment activities within the organisation in a timeous by establishing contract and maintaining a highly effective recruitment process in line with the role profiles and job descriptions; Design and implement a holistic onboarding program for all new employees; Oversee the People management strategy, agenda and operations to ensure the effective running of all HR related operations; Develop, implement and monitor the adoption of effective consequence management practices and all aspects of employee relations enabling the restriction of legal reputation risk at the CCMA and labour court; Implement and drive performance management; Act as subject matter expert in all aspects of compensation

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Law (essential); Master’s degree in a human resource discipline or MBL/MBA (preferred); Minimum 8 years Human Resource Functional and Operational Management; 5 years experience in Human Resources Management; Advanced Microsoft Office
