Leading and established company in Ballito area is looking for an experienced HR officer with all-round/generalist HR experience. MUST HAVE strong VIP payroll experience (3 – 5 years). To commence duties SOONEST.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the HR department ensuring delivery of all HR services by this busy department.

HR Generalist experience must include, full recruitment and selection process,
Payroll (VIP – Sage preferable) as well as maintenance of medical aid, employee benefits, workmen’s compensation etc. UIF and Provident fund administration. Maintaining HR Personnel files. IR – compiling disciplinary documentation, facilitating and attending hearings. HR reporting : Weekly, Monthly as well as WSP and ATR’s etc.

Ideal applicant should have a formal HR management qualification as well as VIP training. Be a supportive and committed HR individual. Own transport would be beneficial and would suit a north coast resident.
