The above-mentioned vacancy exists at our transport client's Head Office: Linbro Park and will be reporting to the Benefits Admin Manager. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 or equivalent academic qualification
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources field will be an advantage
- Experience in Retirement Funds administration will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office; Excel at least on an intermediate level
- Sound administrative knowledge and background
- Proficiency in multiple African languages

JOB OUTPUTS
• Receive Retirement claims from Divisions for processing.
• Create employee retirement file and ensure that all the required information received as per the check list.
• Notify or advise the Fund of the Retirement claims received.
• Responsible for a portfolio of Member Funds and provide an integrated and effective service by ensuring that the funds are administered
effectively.
• Ensure all Retirement claim forms are completed in full and that all supporting documents are attached and submitted to the Retirement
Fund Administrators.
• Attend to Retirement Fund related queries (both written and telephonic) from members, and escalate queries when necessary or request the
assistance of the Administrators.
• Advise the Retiree of the paid up Funeral Fund via the HR liaison Officer.
• Ensure that members are advised through HR Liaison Officers, of the continuation of Medical Aid contribution should they wish to remain on
the scheme
• Record payments from Administrators and advise the Divisions by forwarding proof of payment to HRLO.
• The incumbent will also be responsible for the following:
? Update progress schedules regularly
? Collate & update Retirement Claims control schedules for Trustees Meetings quarterly
? Compile stats monthly
? Liaise with Fund Administrators regularly
? Liaise with BU’s and Retiree members in connection with the Investment regularly
? Liaise with Trust Fund Administrators regularly
? Attend monthly Admin meeting
? Maintaining a good record keeping / filling system.
