Human Resources Officer
Support the HRBPs by collating information from divisions within the group and consolidating it for submission to SETA, deptartment of labour, group HR, group communications and finance. The incumbent will also coordinate and monitor staff learning and development initiatives and provide service and advice to Managers and staff in the absence of the HRBP.

Requirements
Relevant Bachelors Degree ideally a BComm in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology
Preferably progress towards an Honours / Post Graduate qualification
5 years of experience
Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
Willing and able to travel on business
Registered as a Skills Development Facilitator
High level of computer literacy including MS Office and HRIS
Thorough understanding of the HR value chain
Experience with APS
Good knowledge of South African Labour law and its application (Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act and Employment Equity Act and relevant Codes of Good Practice)
Market related remuneration including benefits negotiable on experience
