Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resources / Industrial Psychology (essential)
• 8 years Operational HR Generalist experience in the Mining Industry
• 5 years Management experience
• SABPP Registration
• Management skills
• Legislation knowledge
• Confidentiality: integrity and ability to deal with confidential matters
• Computer Literate (MS Office and HRMIS systems)
• Drivers License
• Medical fit
