Organization based in Pretoria is looking for a Human Resource Practitioner with solid HR experience.

3-5 years experience in HR environment as a general practitioner.

Good motivational skills, a positive attitude to service and your passion for people makes you the ideal candidate

Minimum Requirements:

B Degree in Personnel Management / Industrial Psychology or Sociology
Bilingual: English and Afrikaans – speaking, reading and writing
Must have own transport with a valid license

Good extensive knowledge of labour legislation and laws
Ability to do assessments and candidate analysis
Staff support and administration
Recruitment
Project management experience is an asset

Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

Salary:

R 19 000.00 - R 22 000.00 ctc - depending on experience and qualification

Includes medical aid and provident fund

Plus performance based bonus
